We are actively looking for a dynamic profile to fill in an intermediate role, based in our office in Strassen, with functions of Back Office Inbound to work within our logistic team and closely together with the purchasing teams in Europe on a permanent full-time basis.
your mission
Coordinate Import and Export Operations
Oversee the import and export processes by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Arrange transportation of goods, including local pick-up, storage, and international shipments (e.g., from Canada and the USA to Europe), ensuring compliance with regulations such as IMO and ADR, particularly for the transport of dangerous goods.
Manage customs clearance, shipping documentation, and related banking transactions (e.g., Letters of Credit (L/C) and Cash Against Documents (C/D)).
Promote and develop the use of multimodal transportation (e.g., vessel, barge, train, truck) to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support sustainable logistics practices.
Prepare and Review Documentation
Handle all necessary shipping and customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and compliant with international trade laws and national/international regulations- such as Basel Convention, EU Waste Shipment Regulations etc.
Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to manage and verify invoices, import duties, taxes, and freight charges, ensuring timely payments and proper record-keeping.
Team Coordination & KPI Management
Maintain fluid communication with the commercial desk and USA-based account manager, analyzing market trends and expanding international trade opportunities.
Monitor team KPIs and actively participate in workflow improvements.
Logistics Flow Control & Quality Assurance:
Develop and manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and warehouses to match company needs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective services
Assess and measure the quality of logistics services in line with the company’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) system.
Collaborate with the production site to synchronize deliveries and maintain smooth operations.
Contribute to the improvement of the company’s logistics and ERP processes.
HSE & Sustainability Collaboration:
Work closely with the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Sustainability teams to improve logistics processes in line with REAZN sustainability goals and safety standards.

Languages: Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
