Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant &Junior Payroll to start ASAP.

Main responsibilities
- Managing the mailing in and out;
- Prepare documents such as Powerpoint presentation, meetings minutes, portfolios …
- Assisting the Invoicing team by preparing invoices or helping for the reporting;
- Assisting the Compliance team to gather documents and send reminders;
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the payroll department and to the colleagues;
- Will be in charge of a limited portfolio of Clients with few or no changes on a monthly basis;
- Liaise with Luxembourg authorities such as CCSS, CNS, ITM, …
Main requirements
- First experience, ideally 1 year on a HR Administration position, or Administrative Payroll role
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory (German is considered as a strong asset);
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- Sense of responsibility and strong attention to details;
- Comfortable with in digitalisation and automation process;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-servicing skills;
- Business-oriented development ability.
