As a Field Supervisor Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.
As a Field Supervisor Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completion services.
- Providing a record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the well site.
- Advising Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations; interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
- Providing record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
- Maintaining records and communications as required by the district manager.
- Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in incompletions operations and maintenance.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.
- Have from 5 to 7 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Wireline Completions products and services
- Preferred to have previous experience with Baker Hughes tools
- Have a seismic background is optional
- Be able to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.
- Have the ability to work and communicate well with internal and external customers.
