• Review technical and economic feasibility studies for large-scale transportation projects (Roads, highways, bridges...).
  
• Assess projects to determine their suitability for funding.
  
• Contribute to the development of project evaluation reports.
  
• Review terms of reference for consultants and tender documents for contractors.
  
• Monitor and resolve issues in project execution.
  
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Master’s degree or Ph D in Transportation Engineering.
  
• At least 12 years of relevant experience working on large scale transportation projects.
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
