Ensure to follow the instructions of mall management in making necessary arrangements for the events.
Ensure the activities and are carried correctly and give necessary attention to visitors.
Verify whether the work is performed in compliance with documented guidelines.
Attend visitor complaints on timely basis and resolve the queries or issues.
Assign personnel based on staff daily attendance to cover leaves and operation needs.
Monitor and ensure the staff attire and uniforms are appropriate and pleasing at all times.
Oversee staff attitude and behavior.
Supervise overall appearance and cleanliness of the store in accordance with the operating procedures.
Verify equipment and infrastructure function and if required, fill the work orders for maintenance.
Update the daily section checklist and provide preventive or immediate solution to problematic areas.
Ensure availability and sufficiency of materials in each section to cover the daily operations.
Verify inventory consumption and sign checklist for each section by the crew.
Ensure to implement Company rules and regulations in discharging the responsibilities.
Supervise employee schedules, assignments or jobs, monitor the daily work, evaluate performance and discipline of employees.
Supervise work assignments for the maintenance and improvements.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Maintains inventory on equipment, supplies and materials and requests supplies as per the procedures.
Check customer feedback, provide solution to avoid repeating the same mistakes.
Report any break-down of facilities or equipment to the management and ensure timely fixing.
Ensure periodical maintenance is carried out as per the schedule and report any deviations.
Give instructions to the staff, clients and guests about the precautionary measure to be followed during the event to avoid any accidents.
Verify accurate account for all moneys and deposits at the end of each shift.
Maintain an Incident Report Log Book where all incidents are recorded.
Report all accidents/incidents properly and timely to the manager and follow-up with the injured guest.
Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the department.
Comply with Company’s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto.
Abide by the authorities granted to the position and achieve the KPIs if any, assigned to the position.
Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.
