We’re seeking a full-time Visual Content Curator to join our vibrant Content Team at Kibbutz Afikim. Wake up for this:
Evaluate and curate Footage & Templatesassets from global filmmaking contributors.
Stay updated on global video trends, standards, and new technologies.
Research and analyze data and user behavior to derive insights regarding content catalog needs.
Edit content and collections that represent our platform and inspire our users.
Use your experience and expertise to identify high-quality, relevant, and visually appealing content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and implement new projects, working closely with the product team to QA and enhance new features.
Screen and evaluate new artists entering the visual catalogs.
Generate new ideas to improve the catalogs and continuously experiment with enhancing the content presented on the site.
Work with the A&R team to communicate with artists and discover the next generation of top filmmakers.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the video industry, with a preference for Video Creators, Directors, or Creative Directors in content or advertising, and a portfolio of work with significant exposure.
Strong grasp of filmmaking concepts, photography, and editing, from pre-production to live execution.
Professional knowledge in animation, templates, and LUTs etc.
Impeccable taste, attention to detail, and an eclectic portfolio of work across mediums and styles.
Familiarity with a tech-driven environment.
Portfolio or work examples are a must
Nice to Have:
Experience in reviewing video content and providing feedback to artists.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, data access, or data analysis.
Experience with Monday, Backoffice tools, Data tools, etc.
Experience with AI video tools & Comfy UI is a plus.
