Our Group: Supply chain, Operations division
What you'll be doing: Supply chain student in PDC Operations division is responsible for control and analysis of Supply chain processes in order to ensure continuous improvement and organizational efficiency in main operational and financial KPIs. As part of the student role you will get to lead independently various type of challenging projects in order to support inventory reduction, Supply chain ROI simulations, definition and implementation of new processes and infrastructures that supports efficient planning in low validity business environment, Shortages analysis and more. The role includes high exposure to complex organizational processes and interfaces and requires high interpersonal skills, fast thinking, high independency and ability to lead activities with no formal authority.
What you should have?
3r year student for BSc in industrial engineering from a leading and recognized university
Commitment to work at least 2.5 days a week
Ability to gain cooperation of others, cooperate and lead complex interfaces with no authority
Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently
Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinker
high level of proficiency in microsoft excel
High interpersonal skills, ability to lead and cooperate with complex interfaces
Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to an audience
Excellent English – speaking and writing
