A publicly traded, leading Israeli company in the fields of Fin Tech, Invest-Tech, Legal Tech, and Business Tech (BT) is seeking a Senior ZOHO CRM Developer and Implementer. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of the ZOHO CRM platform. This role involves managing the migration from existing CRM systems, customizing the platform to fit business needs, and providing ongoing support and development for the system. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of ZOHO CRM and related products across the organization.
Manage the migration process from current CRM systems to ZOHO CRM, ensuring data integrity and a smooth transition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop customized CRM solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. Develop and customize ZOHO CRM modules, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality and user experience. Design and implement tailored solutions across ZOHO products (such as Zoho One), with a focus on leveraging ZOHO Creator for advanced customizations and application development.
Lead related projects and collaborate with other teams to ensure success. Provide technical leadership and support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions as needed. Requirements: At least 4-5 years of experience working with the ZOHO CRM system. Proven experience in implementing and transitioning from other CRM systems to ZOHO CRM.
Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within information systems. Hands-on experience and deep technical understanding of ZOHO CRM. Broad perspective and the ability to work with various organizational interfaces. Knowledge of complementary ZOHO One tools (Creator, Reports, Desk, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic technological environment. Relevant education in technology or software engineering – an advantage. Additional Advantages: Experience working in technology companies or a similar environment. Experience in complex migration projects.
