• Leading one of the company's main product lines in aspects of: customer

research, converting tech capabilities to features, prototyping business flows
and UX solutions, closing the productization and dev cycle and taking the
responsibility of production ready e2e solution for specific customers.

• Working in a matrix team with algo, dev, design, delivery (QA, sys. eng., and

tech project managers) and getting things done to the customer satisfaction.

• You are expected to be able to both lead other people and be hands on in case

it is more efficient in getting to the end goal.

Skills and experience:

• Proven tech expertise (Msc degree or equivalent industry experience).
• Proven experience of shipping real production products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas to both

technical and non-technical audiences in English and Hebrew.

• Proven experience in matrix organizations and proven materialization of your

vision by multidisciplinary teams.

• Full operational command of English, both verbally and in writing.
• You need to be a natural leader and extremely well-organized.
• Be able to manage many competing priorities.
• Have great interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Be a good team player.
• Have a “can do” approach.

Bonus skills and experience:

• Background in the automotive sector.
• Building AI/ML intensive products.
• Building mobile products for occasional use.

• Additional languages (European, Eastern) - our everyday working language is

English.

Job requirements:

• You should be comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment where

change is constant, and progress is rapid. You will be expected to work
autonomously and take responsibility for the success of our products. We don't
insist on working hours but on the result.

• You should be comfortable working with distributed teams. You will be based

in Haifa with the engineering team in our newly-renovated office space. The
rest of the team is spread across Tel Aviv (Israel), Europe (from London to Kyiv)
and Austin, Texas (US).

• You should be willing to travel (from time to time) to meet customers and

remote teams.

• Attending the Haifa office at least once a week is mandatory.
