You will develop and implement Learning and Development strategies and programs for the Israel site and the global Engineering organization, partnering closely with leaders and HRBPs to lead L&D programs.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in creating and executing L&D strategy, programs, and annual work plans for the Israel site and the global engineering organization.
- Work closely with local NEXTers to identify L&D needs and initiate relevant programs, while partnering with the global L&D team to co-execute global engineering projects and lead local implementation at the Israel site.
- Implement periodic and systematic needs analysis processes.
- Build and deliver training programs based on identified needs.
- Manage the yearly IL L&D budget.
- Manage all face-to-face and virtual L&D delivery for engineering org and employees in Israel.
- Serve as an expert facilitator on a wide range of learning topics, including:
- Leadership Development (including First Line Manager Programs and Team Development interventions)
- Assessments (e.g., Standout, Strengthsfinder)
- Soft skills (e.g., Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Problem-Solving Skills, and Time Management)
- Connect with key stakeholders to assess individual leader and team learning needs, developing impactful and scalable learning opportunities.
- Manage external vendors aligned to learning content delivery (e.g., Udemy, Pluralsight, Talera, and Torch).
- Identify and embed effective learning evaluation metrics and processes across all interventions to ensure a data-driven approach to evaluating learning needs and return on investment.
- Experiment often and transition quickly from pilot to flagship programs both locally and globally.
What We Need:
- At least five years of experience in learning and organizational development with experience working with Engineering organizations preferred.
- Deep knowledge of organizational development and learning best practices with a successful track record of creating and implementing organizational plans.
- Experience working in a global, dynamic, and complex environment.
- BA/BS required; advanced degree in organizational development/psychology preferred.
- Experience in the High-Tech industry, preferably with startups/medium-sized companies (an advantage).
- Hunger to reimagine how the industry thinks about developing and retaining talent.
- Data-driven with an uncanny ability to understand root problems and drive creative solutions.
- Collaborative spirit and true partner to the business and leaders.
