Product Management: Identifying customer needs and business objectives, articulating the vision for the product, and leading a team to turn that vision into a reality while managing the overall product life cycle including MRDs, launches, road map and end-of-life processes. • Product Positioning: Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Communicstion products. Clearly articulate how our solutions address customer pain points and enhance operational efficiency. • Go-to-Market Strategy& Execurion - Develop go-to-market plans for new product launche traveling and meeting prospects as well as customers to promote company products and features • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Translate insights into actionable strategies. • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell our AMS products. Provide training on product features, value propositions, and competitive differentiators. • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, events, webinars, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed. • Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with customers to gather testimonials, success stories, and use cases. Leverage these assets to build credibility and trust. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Experience: Minimum 5 years in product marketing, preferably in the aerospace or communication systems industry • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with audio management systems, avionics, and related technologies
