תיאור התפקיד:

• אחריות כוללת על תחום האיכות וביקורת בתהליך בחברה.
  
• ניהול ישיר של צוות האיכות וניהול עקיף של צוות ביקורת בתהליך.
  
• מתן מענה לשיפור תהליכי האיכות הפנימיים.
  
• אחריות וטיפול בתלונות לקוחות והמלצות לפעולות מתקנות /מונעות, ייצוג המפעל מול לקוחות החברה בחו"ל ובארץ.
  
• הובלה וביצוע של בקרות איכות פנימיות וחיצוניות.
  
• אחריות על ביצוע בקרות תדירות בקווי הייצור, תוך מתן דגש על עבודה ע"פ נהלים ויישום מדיניות איכות.
  
• ביצוע תחקירים יסודיים ומעמיקים.
  
• ייזום ויישום תהליכי איכות ובקרה.
  
• יכולת ליזום ולהניע תהליכים פנים ארגוניים, מעקב ובחינת מגמות שיפור.
  
• עמידה בדרישות תקני האיכות.
  
• פעילויות הדרכה להטמעה והעמקת המודעות לנושאי איכות במפעל .
  

Qualifications
רקע וניסיון:

• השכלה - אקדמאית - עדיפות למהנדס - תעו"נ/כימיה/מכונות/חומרים.
  
• ניסיון קודם כמנהל.ת איכות בחברה תעשייתית.
  
• ניסיון בחברה תעשייתית-גלובאלית, יתרון לתעשיה תהליכית, תעשייה כימית, פלסטיקה.
  
• ניסיון בניהול צוות עובדים.
  
• שליטה טובה מאוד באנגלית – קריאה , כתיבה ודיבור – חובה.
  
• שליטה מלאה בעברית.

• דומיננטיות ואסרטיביות.
  
• יחסי אנוש טובים.
  
• יכולת עבודה סדורה ומאורגנת, כולל תיעוד, מעקב ובקרה.

• יכולות אישיות גבוהות ושאיפה למצוינות.

דרישות נוספות:

• התפקיד דורש הגעה לאתר בקיבוץ חניתה.
