The Product Operations Manager will be critical in optimizing the processes that support our product development and management functions. POM will focus on driving efficiency across the product lifecycle, ensuring that our operations are scalable and that the product team has the data they need to make informed, impactful decisions. You will be a key player in building a robust operational backbone that supports our product strategy and growth ambitions.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar role with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.
Skills: Proficient in process mapping and optimization, data analysis, and the use of project management tools. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., power BI).

Metrics Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key product metrics, including user engagement, feature adoption, and product performance.
Dashboard Creation: Develop and manage dashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance, enabling product managers and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Data Sharing: Work closely with data analysts, engineering, and product teams to ensure that data is shared effectively across functions and that all stakeholders have the insights they need.
Process Efficiency and Optimization:
Workflow Analysis and Improvement: Regularly review current product development workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance speed and quality.
Scalability Initiatives: Develop and refine processes that can scale as the company grows, ensuring that the product team can handle increased complexity without compromising on output.
Documentation and Standardization: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, ensuring that all team members have access to clear, standardized procedures and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and other departments to ensure that processes are aligned with overall company goals and that data flows seamlessly across teams.
Communication and Training: Facilitate communication between teams, and provide training or guidance on new processes or data tools to ensure smooth adoption and execution.
Continuous Improvement:
Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain feedback loops with the product team and other stakeholders to continuously gather input on process improvements and data needs.
Retrospectives and Iteration: Lead retrospectives and post-mortems on product launches or major initiatives, using insights gained to drive continuous improvement.
