Job Description As a Product Integration Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance, quality, and reliability of our existing motion control products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address product issues, implement improvements. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Support certification activities for ACS products
Support on going design changes to products (sustaining engineering)
Lead internal projects such as EOL related changes
Product Support:
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve product issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement design changes, process improvements, and enhancements to existing products to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Documentation:
Maintain and update product documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle management.
Compliance:
Ensure products meet regulatory and safety standards by working with relevant certification bodies.
Project Management:
Manage multiple sustaining engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Experience
Electronics Practical Engineer
3+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, product support, or a related role
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in HW development and testing
Basic knowledge of the relevant standards – CE, UL, Functional Safety
Proven ability to manage and monitor projects in a matrix-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written proficiency in English
Experience with motion control systems, including motors, drives, and controllers -an advantage
