Description: We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who can see beyond the numbers, leveraging data to inform, influence, support, and execute strategic product decisions. You will play a crucial role in guiding the direction of our products, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of our decision-making process. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations will be key in shaping our product strategies and driving business growth.
You will collaborate with an Agile-Scrum cross-functional team consisting of talented individuals from multiple disciplines, including Product, Backend, Mobile, Web, Quality Engineering, Design, and more. Together, you will work on delivering the company roadmap, initiatives, and projects, all aimed at creating great products that drive value for our traders.
As a Product Data Analyst, you will:
Play a crucial role in product decisions by identifying areas for improvement and recommending growth opportunities.
Be the domain expert and the analytical focal point.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance.
Analyse business performance and decisions, identify patterns and trends, and define and develop KPIs and other measurement tools.
Establish strong communication channels and build excellent working relationships with diverse stakeholders like Product, Marketing, Data, and R&D teams.
Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations, insights, and conclusions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create and enhance personalized user journeys, improve user segmentation, and boost conversion rates.
Dig into users' flows to understand their behavior and journey, and find places we can improve the flow for better conversion.
Design and execute A/B experiments and KPIs, gaining a deep understanding of your domain through both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a data-driven position.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with Python and relevant packages.
Experience with BI systems (Tableau - advantage).
Good background in statistics.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Demonstrate a thorough attention to detail and the ability to perform in-depth analyses while considering the broader business context.
Recommended - Background in a B2C company.
Recommended - Understanding or interest in Financial Markets, Finance, or Online Trading.
