We are looking for an experienced PPC campaign Manager to join the Global-e B2C Division. The B2C Division works with leading e-commerce brands worldwide to grow international markets through digital marketing activities, creating new and impactful revenue streams for their businesses. We work with the best brands in the world market including Never Fully Dressed, Frank & Eileen, Onitsuka Tiger, LK Bennett and Vivobarefoot, supporting them and taking their international activity to the next level. The PPC Campaign Manager will be tasked with strategy building, planning, managing the day-to-day campaign activity and achieving business goals, while continuously working towards improving and scaling the merchant activity and opportunities further. Building digital strategies and plans, managing the day-to-day campaign activity with the ultimate goal to growing the online business according to agreed KPIs.
Continuously managing and optimizing campaigns, focusing on paid media platforms – Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and more. Defining target audiences, managing media budgets, testing new concepts and messaging, creative, markets, themes and formats.
Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other KPIs.
Working with a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all paid social activities.
Working directly with a set of merchants/clients, working with them on an ongoing basis on creatives, campaign performance, etc, while working towards agreed KPIs and business growth targets.
Staying on top of paid media industry trends, working directly with the main platforms, deepening knowledge and expertise in advertising methodologies, techniques, and channels.
Requirements:
3-6 years hands-on experience in PPC campaign management – with both Google and Meta platforms.
English at a very good level – both spoken and written, a must.
Experience in the e-commerce industry – an advantage.
Digital marketing agency experience – an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
Great with numbers, analytic capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Excel.
