PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage, at OHLE sub-system, the field operations (Construction and Test & Commissioning (T&C)) contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.
Oversee sub-system operational coordination of the project for all construction and T&C activities in compliance to Environment Health & Safety (EHS, Zero Deviation).
This Infrastructure OHLE Sub-System is dedicated to the feeding system of a railway with aerial solutions: Flexible Catenary or Rigid Catenary. It regroups the following equipment: catenary supports, portals and fasteners, fittings components, cables, electrical devices, etc.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities
Manage the field operational (Construction + T&C) contractual scope of the OHLE on the project
Be accountable for the customer acceptance of the project OHLE construction & test
Functionally lead the OHLE project field operations team
Deliver and maintain Construction and T&C plans, procedures, Work Method Statements (WMS), in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
Coordinate the yard and warehouse logistic activities for the sub-system
Manage the Sub-contractors, including monitor of quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections and assessments
Ensure compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc.
Manage the project OHLE field operational risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
Identify which are the applicable regulations in the customer country/city and ensure they are taken into account in the OHLE Work Method Statement (WMS) and resources.
Be responsible for the preparation of the OHLE T&C Reviews
Define the criteria and process for the Verification activities
Manage the OHLE field operations interfaces with the project teams:
Together with the INFRA Project Manager, in case of contractual scope evolution due to site issue, rise variation order and manage it
Ensure that any field operations gap versus the engineering solution are tracked, managed and registered in compliance with the project process. Ensure transmission of as-built data to the OHLE engineering team.
Collaborate with the System Construction Manager to execute the sub-system construction and T&C activities in accordance with the global project construction coordination.
Solve OHLE field operations issues detected by different team members
During project warranty, coordinate actions to support resolution of pending OHLE field operations issues following Product Introduction Manager (PIM) requirements
Support Project Quality & Safety Manager (Pr QSM) to consolidate the reliability of the sub-system.
Support Regional Operations and Infra Platform to consolidate the Return of Experience (REX) of the project and to define/perform knowledge capitalization.
Performance measurements
Work-package management QCDP (quality, cost, delivery and performance)
Savings through Risk mitigation and Opportunities management, Cash by sales milestones achievement
Quality, EHS: monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issues
Assessment results based on internal audits and process inspections
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory
High School Diploma, Engineering degree level or equivalent education or experiences
Desirable
Certification on Railway Safety
Certification on Site EHS management
Master in Project Management
Experience

Min 3 years of experience in OCS Construction
Hands-on experience on hierarchical team management
Cost and planning control experience in field operations scope
Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in contractual situations

OCS Products and solutions knowledge on different market segments (Tram, Metro, Mainline)
Trackwork, Power Supply, Signaling and Civil Works railway awareness
