This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including neurologists and other specialists, to promote innovative solutions. The Neuroscience Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the company and healthcare providers, ensuring the successful launch, promotion, and continued support of products aimed at treating neurological disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the neuroscience field.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including neurologists and other relevant specialists.
- Educate healthcare providers on the benefits, features, and clinical data supporting neuroscience products.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and deliver educational materials during face-to-face and virtual meetings with HCPs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and changes in market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate and participate in scientific conferences, symposia, and other relevant events.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, etc.) to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Manage and track account activities, sales data, and customer feedback to report regularly on sales performance.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence to the sales management team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding promotional activities and product discussions.
