You will be part of the Post Silicon SW Tool & Automation team in NVIDIA Networking Business Unit, a team responsible for the infrastructure, GUI tools and all SW related application of the high-speed communication products, and be working with other teams such as the circuit design, digital design, lab & firmware to ensure outstanding products and superb automated tools.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop software tools and infrastructure to control the hardware of NVIDIA products, with a focus on mixed-signal IP
  
• Provide first-line support for all team activities, including assisting customers with our tools
  
• Train customers on product usage and best practices to ensure they can effectively utilize our tools and infrastructure
  
• Manage support requests from customers across various time zones, ensuring timely and effective communication
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles to assist customers in resolving common issues
  

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a leading university
  
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in relevant field
  
• Strong knowledge of hardware, particularly Ser Des and Optics
  
• Strong understanding of Python programming
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical support skills
  
• Experience with version control tools like GIT, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in controlling and verifying complex Ser Des systems, understanding mixed-signal designs
  
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  
• Prior experience in internal customer support
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
