Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with optometrists and paediatric ophthalmologists, understanding their needs and providing them with comprehensive product information .
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competition, and stay updated on the myopia management industry's latest trends and developments .
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and presentations .
- Provide training and educational support to healthcare professionals on our products, ensuring their understanding and confidence in prescribing our solutions .
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and update the management team regularly .
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network, promote our brand, and identify potential partnerships or business opportunities .
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, staying up-to-date with scientific advancements and emerging research related to myopia management .


Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, life sciences) .
- Proven track record in medical sales, preferably in the optometry or ophthalmology industry .
- Strong knowledge of eyecare and optometry and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the market .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders .
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets .
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
