Lead & manage the future of applications development and sustainability
Lead & manage smooth launch of new applications ,
Lead the interface between customers, marketing, R&D, and Service organization including implementation of new processes to improve work methods
Define strategy, monitor and improve the product performance including Service costs, consumables LS & press KPI’S
Responsible for press reliability, quality improvements and TCE
Manage E2E cross organization projects
Be the commercial product’s center of knowledge
Job Requirements:
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary environment
Degree or verified knowledge in materials, polymers etc.
Experience with customer facing
Background in the printing industry - advantage
Experience in leading process improvement and leading lean methodologies – advantage
Proven ability to lead teams, drive vision and strategy definition
Ability to work under pressure environment
Good interpersonal relationship
Communication and presentation skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) - must
