We are looking for a Junior IT Help Desk Technicianto join our global team. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Oversee IT systems and business applications, ensuring performance and security.
Execute IT procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees.
Cybersecurity awareness (MFA, security threats, and preventive measures).
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Service-oriented mindset, with excellent team collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
