About the Role We're looking for a junior BI & Operations Analyst to join us. Working hand-in-hand with your department’s leadership, enabling Darrow to dream big. The BI &Ops analyst in our legal data team is responsible for translating the department’s targets into strategic initiatives and is a key player in executing those initiatives.
Requirements:
3rd-year student or graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
1-2 years of hands-on experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI), with a strong desire to develop more advanced skills.
Experience in management consulting or business operations in Tech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist in identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions.
Comfortable being a thought partner with high-level management, while also getting down and dirty with data.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (i.e. Jira, Monday, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels. Highly proficient in written and verbal English (must) and Hebrew (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Leverage data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to create reports and dashboards that monitor the department's goals, helping teams understand and utilize data to improve business performance and efficiency.
Identify business improvement opportunities via analytics: Assist in diagnosing and streamlining operational processes, eliminating bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
Deliver and promote actionable business insights and trends to the team’s stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making and operational enhancements.
Support OKR Monitoring and Strategic Analysis: Gather data, support stakeholder communication, and assist management in conducting analyses to drive data-driven decisions for business growth. Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual and quarterly OKRs.
Project Coordination: Help coordinate cross-team projects, learning best practices for project management while ensuring timely delivery of smaller initiatives.
