In this role, you’ll work strategically with R&D leadership, contributing to the company’s success. You will drive HR activities and support end-to-end HR processes by fostering employee engagement, structure and change management, talent acquisition , aligning HR strategies with business goals to ensure the long-term success of both the team and the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the SVP R&D supporting the R&D department, working with both managers and employees.
- Be responsibe for full employee lifecycle of the R&D department. From hiring, onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives
- Assess organizational needs related to talent acquisition, performance management, and career development.
- Develop strategic people plans and goals aligned with business objectives, leveraging insights from business plans and data analysis
- Drive and execute key talent and people solutions
- Facilitate change management initiatives with a focus on culture, leadership capabilities, and engagement.
