We are looking for a motivated and organized student to join our HR team as an HR Generalist.
This is a part-time role, ideal for a student seeking hands-on experience in human resources while balancing their studies. You will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, candidate tracking, scheduling, and other HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with the creation and management of HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding paperwork, and other employee-related records.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, interviews for HR team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
Candidate Management: Help follow up with candidates during different stages of the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and document collection.
Document Management: Maintain and organize HR files and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Lists and Trackers: Support the HR Director by updating various HR lists, such as employee records, training schedules, and project timelines.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from HR meetings.
Support Recruitment Activities: Assist with posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and managing job application records.
General Office Support: Provide general assistance to the HR team as needed, including answering employees' questions or handling HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is a plus but not required.
Working Hours:
Part-time (15-20 hours per week), flexible around class schedules.
