RAD is hiring a highly experienced ERP Architect to lead the design and development of a self-developed ERP solution and to manage and guide a team of developers, ensuring efficient project delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role requires proven experience from an industrial company, with expertise in manufacturing, supply chain and production processes along with deep technical knowledge in programming and developing in Oracle DB and Delphi. Location: Based at the RAD offices in Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week.
Software Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable, modular, and high-performance systems. Experience in Delphi development, with a proven track record in ERP systems. Oracle Database: Advanced knowledge of Oracle databases, including query optimization, schema design, and stored procedures. Supply Chain & Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain and production processes such as MRP, inventory control, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
ERP Systems: Prior experience in developing or customizing ERP systems for production environments. Management Skills: Experience leading and managing development teams, including task delegation, performance and quality reviews. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in ERP development and architecture, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Certifications: Relevant certifications in ERP systems, Oracle or Delphi (preferred but not required).
