We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Embedded Software Team Leader to drive our projects forward and contribute to our cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities: Gather requirements from the Product Team to prepare Agile sprints. Plan and lead to achieve goals.

Monitor and improve velocity, delivery quality, and the independence of team members. Contribute to the codebase and product, adding value to the customer. Over 10 years of Linux Embedded Software experience. Over 5 years of experience as a Linux Embedded Software Team Leader.

Proficiency in C, C++, Bash/Shell, and networking. Experience with Yocto/Buildroot and Object-Oriented Design (OOD). Hands-on approach. Highly proficient in English and Hebrew.

Experience with source control and multi-threaded applications. Advanage: Experience with Linux kernel, Bluetooth, wireless, cellular, and CAN. Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD, Linux containers/Docker, and Python. Knowledge of UML, Git Lab, Flatbuf/Protobuf, Open VPN, MQTT, and benchmarking.
