Warehouse Shift Manager
Right Move Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Warehouse Manager for our client based in Portarlington. This is a full-time permanent role.
Location: Portarlington
Working Days: Sunday-Friday(5 of 6 days)
Salary: €40,000-€45,000

- Coordinate all warehouse shift activities (days, evenings, nights) in line with set targets
- Assist in identifying training and development needs of staff in line with business
- Utilise resources to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
- Lead the warehouse team to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers in line with
- Manage and ensure adherence and compliance of operational processes within the
- Ensure effective communication within the operational teams and implement practices
- Maintain a working environment in line with legislation to include Health & Safety &
- Ensure excellent levels of service and quality to customers

- Have a commercially acceptable level of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient on computers (Excel, Email, Reporting platforms, CRM systems)
- Previous Managerial experience (3 years +)
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Safety Awareness.
- Knowledge of Irish geography and specifically depot coverage areas.
- Problem-solving and people management experience.
- Previous logistics experience is a distinct advantage.
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
