Transport Administrator
Job description
The Transport Administrator will oversee the administrative tasks of day-to-day shipments within Hannon Pharma Link.
They will be responsible for carrying out tasks under the direction of the Senior Transport planner and Transport Manager.
Primary Duties:
Pay: From €35,000 per year

The Transport Administrator will oversee the administrative tasks of day-to-day shipments within Hannon Pharma Link.
They will be responsible for carrying out tasks under the direction of the Senior Transport planner and Transport Manager.
Primary Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Transport Planner
- Communicate with customers and manage customer queries
- Assist with planning and scheduling transport activities
- Communicate with drivers
- Tracking of vehicles from collection to delivery.
- Prepare customs documents
- Maintain TMS system
- Comply fully with all Hannon Pharma Links Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Third Level qualification preferred.
- Knowledge in Transport and Logistics is required.
- Competent with Transport Management Systems
- Available for weekend shift
- Competent with Telematics system
- Import / export / Customs Knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Pay: From €35,000 per year
