Job Title: Van Driver / Freezer Store Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to the invoice.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Manage stock rotation within our store to ensure freshness and accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock takes of inventory and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Deliver orders to customers safely and on time, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as requested by your managers, which may include assisting with inventory management, basic maintenance tasks, or supporting other team members during busy periods.

Working Conditions: The successful applicant will be required to operate within our freezer store (-18°C) while picking orders. Full PPE will be provided to ensure your safety and comfort in this environment.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be aged between 25 and 69 for insurance purposes.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse/store environment, including order picking and van driving, is essential.
• Strong written, communication, and basic IT skills are required for managing inventory, reporting, and effective communication with team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

Employment Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Base Pay Rate: €14.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule).
