Responsibilities of manager
- Responsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store .
- Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance, processing deliveries, placement of stock.
- Managing the performance of the store, accountable for achieving targets, wage budgets etc.
- Ensuring the store is kept to company standards including customer service, reporting to head office/ area manager on a daily basis.
- Previous experience of management in a retail fashion store.
- Must have a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.
- You should be highly motivated, energetic and show good leadership as part of a team.
- Must have experience in managing staff, doing rosters, daily planners, performance management and good delegation skills.
- Ability to analyse targets, KPI's, trends, merchandising.
- Have a passion for delivering a good customer shopping experience .
- Computer literate, POS, excel etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
