The job involves a combination of technical skills, safety management, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate self-erecting and remote-operated cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes to ensure they are in safe working condition. -
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal operation.
- Work closely with other construction site personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crane.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifts according to project needs.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of self-erecting cranes at various job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, maintenance activities and any incidents that occur.
Suitable candidates should have:
A valid ticket
- Safe pass and manual handling cert.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A good track record
- A full clean European driver’s license
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €40,600.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Driving: 1 year (required)
- Remote Controlled Self Erecting Crane Training (CSCS) (required)
- Ireland (required)
