CONTRACT

Opportunity to join a leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in the greater Dublin region.
12 month contract.
Hybrid working available.
Responsibilites:

Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software. P6 and/or MS Project.
Coordinate with project team members to gather and update project status information
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues to ensure project timelines are met
Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project schedule alignment with project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field
Proven experience as a project scheduler or similar role
Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €75,000.00-€150,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
