Retail Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at a busy shop in Ashleaf Shopping Centre. This is a dynamic role where you will play a key part in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
All necessary training will be provided, including till operation, stock management, and store procedures.
Hours:
Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €13.00-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and offering advice when needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with restocking shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and are fully stocked.
- Help maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
- Conduct stock checks and participate in inventory management.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cashing up and securing the premises.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
