We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at a busy shop in Ashleaf Shopping Centre. This is a dynamic role where you will play a key part in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and offering advice when needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with restocking shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and are fully stocked.
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
• Conduct stock checks and participate in inventory management.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cashing up and securing the premises.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving store targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Training:
All necessary training will be provided, including till operation, stock management, and store procedures.
Hours:
Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
