Position:Restaurant Manager/Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Manage bookings and ensure smooth seating arrangements
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and lead the team to deliver a positive dining experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings to assist guests in their selections
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
