Successfully established since 1992 with a very loyal customer base. We require a full time experience Restaurant Manager to Join us.
This is a role for someone to be part of a very busy and popular Restaurant for a long term career with excellent future opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

You will be responsibility for opening and closing the Restaurant
To have Minimum of 4 years experience managing in a busy Restaurant
Ensure customer service is of exceptional quality
Lead and motivate and identify training needs of the team
Responsible for recruiting, Training, of all new and existing staff
Excellent communication and inter personal skills
It Skills
with positive leadership experience
Ability to work on your own initiative with hands on approach
To have strong planning and organizing skill
strong ability in up selling and marketing of food and beverages
Must have a positive can do attitude
Ability to implement high standard of service and HACCP
Be able to control and manage purchasing, stock taking and cost control
To Have highest level of attention to details and be able to work under pressure
Support and make sure the front and the back of the house are well organized during the service
be focus on managing Laboure cost and responsible for the weekly roster
To ensure highest level of food safety, HACCP and cleanliness of the entire Restaurant
be able to deal with complains and staff issues
Be able to work with the head chef to maintain cleaning schedules and full HACCP at all time
To work and assist with the head chef on menu planning and costing
Be able to identify issues and problems and discuss with the senior management
To have excellent attention to details
To have valid work permit
