Quality Specialist
- This is an exciting data entry level position on the Cloud System: Nonconformities (NCs), training records/toolbox talk, Accidents/incidents, CAPA, documents, procedures, etc.
- Input currently information from System to the new QPC System: CAPA (Corrective Action, Preventive action), Training records, Nonconformities (NCs), Accidents/incidents, Near miss, procedures, forms, etc.
- Update and review SOPs as required via QPC System.
- Control and maintain superseded and obsolete procedures correctly.
- Keep, maintain, and retain records accordingly (electronically/manually).
- Monitor activities and due dates on Q-Pulse Cloud System (QPC).
- Update Suppliers Management list (ask questionnaire and documents) for critical and non-critical suppliers (electronically/manually).
- Maintain and update training records accordingly (electronically/manually).
- Prepare training effectiveness to be assessed.
- Assist in Internal audits and keep related documents accordingly (electronically/manually).
- Complete customer questionnaire as requested.
- Develop workflow and spreadsheet. Develop graphics and reports as directed.
- Assist in operation of the Integrated management Systems as per Quality, Safety and Health, and Environmental management Systems.
Pay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
