Job Title: Residential Plumber
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings, with occasional commercial projects. This role requires a professional with strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities to effectively communicate with clients and provide high-quality plumbing solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings, including but not limited to leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing-related equipment.
• Perform retrofit plumbing tasks, ensuring that new installations integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, provide maintenance recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities for each job.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
• Travel to various residential locations, with occasional work at commercial sites, as required by the job. A company vehicle will be provided for candidates with sufficient experience to work independently.
• Adhere to all safety and building regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong focus on residential plumbing services.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Valid plumbing license or certification, as required by local regulations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
• Minimum of 2 references from previous employers, verifying your experience and professionalism.

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
• A company vehicle will be provided for candidates with sufficient experience to perform work independently.
