Pharmacy Retail Sales Assistant:
> Full time position (32-40hr/wk, 4-5 days/wk, 9am-6pm, Monday - Saturday)
> No requirement to work late nights, on Sundays or on Bank Holidays
> Immediate start
> 6 month contract
> Salary negotiable, based on experience
Main duties & responsibilities:
> To maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
> To actively engage with customers and effectively complete sales
> To ensure the retail space is clean, neat and attractively merchandised
> To efficiently manage retail stock
> Answering telephone and taking customer orders accurately
> To work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable when required
Requirements for the Role:
> Prior experience in retail is essential. Training in OTC sales will be facilitated
> Excellent standard of customer service and genuine interest in customer care
> Adequately competent in IT/computer skills & use of social media channels
> Excellent organisational skills, possesses a a good work ethic with an ability to work independently
> Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
> Enjoys working in a team, is co-operative and respectful with a willingness to learn and develop
