Freelance Recruitment Consultant - PERMS
Location: Manchester (remote)
Earnings: £36,000 - £10000+ per year

Key Responsibilities:
· Using proactive sales techniques to win new business and create long lasting client relationships
· Carry out client meeting either in person or via Teams
· Use a variety of sourcing strategies including Headhunting to find the best talent
· Interview candidates for potential job offers.
· Using social media to market and advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
· Managing offers, negotiating salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
