Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse
Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides care and support to our client's customers and their families, carrying out comprehensive needs assessments and developing personalised care plans. This role involves direct supervision and monitoring of care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and implementing all aspects of care plans, with regular reviews.
- Providing mentorship and training to staff as required.
- Recording clinical practice in accordance with NMBI standards and our client's policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a Registered Nurse listed on the live register of NMBI.
