One of the leading Martial Arts Organisation’s across the UK & Ireland is on the lookout for instructors on a national scale. They are seeking individuals with a solid background in martial arts and physical training. Candidates need to exhibit customer-facing experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach. This role involves the capacity to set up and run regular classes near the candidate's residence, actively seek new members, and grow the organisation’s presence locally.
The role entails instructing classes on martial arts and personal development for both children and adults.
Candidates must be highly self-motivated, capable of inspiring excellence in their students, and maintain exemplary fitness and professionalism as per the organisations standards.
The role includes forming a local team of students, with the potential for expansion and taking on leadership roles for new instructors as one grows into a regional manager.
We are searching for ambitious individuals aiming to expand their schools, with significant financial rewards for successful growth.
