Position Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist in our e-commerce sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing performance through strategic marketing initiatives. Utilizing your expertise in Odoo ERP, CRM, and e-commerce sales, you will contribute to the growth and success of our brand.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Email Marketing
• Utilise Odoo ERP and CRM systems to track and analyse customer data, trends, and behaviours
• Text message Marketing
• Referral Marketing
• Social Media Management
• Digital Marketing campaign planning and management
• Visual marketing and website management
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven
• recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimise e-commerce sales and performance.

Key Competencies:

• Experience in a similar role (2 years)
• Computer / Odoo CRM literate
