We are seeking a Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant for our showroom in Limerick.

The Role:
You will be meeting new clients every day and bringing their dream kitchen to life. On a daily basis you will meet with clients and walk them through a design consultation. Your job will be to create designs suited to your clients specifications and budget.
You will love variety in your day, bring energy and enthusiasm to the showroom.
You will need to handle the entire process with a client from start to finish. This includes the initial consultation, design, ordering, scheduling the delivery of the kitchen and booking the fitters.
The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic. You will need to be extremely creative in your designs and thrive in a busy environment.
You will meet sales revenue targets by delivering high conversion rates.
Skills & Experience that we need:

• You must have at least 3 years experience in technical design (preferably with kitchens), and you should thrive in sales in a retail environment.
• Experienced in using Auto CAD software, or similar. We use 3cad for our designs and some training will be provided. Support is also available from head office but you will need to be extremely computer literate and a very fast learner.
• You must have experience in a sales role, ideally in kitchen sales
• You must have outstanding communication and people skills
• You should enjoy working in a busy, friendly environment where hard work is rewarded.
• You must be a peoples person
• You must be able to sell and also be very talented in Design.

The Offer:
This is a permanent role with a starting salary depending on experience and an industry-leading commission structure.
From time to time you will be required to work on exhibitions we take part in. There will also be product training in Italy once a year.
Hours of work: You must be prepared to work most Saturdays, our showrooms are closed on Sunday, Monday, and Bank Holidays. Working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
This is a fully onsite role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
