We are recruiting, join us in supporting a leading Technology brand in Dublin, Ireland. This role is due to expansion of the team.


Working as a Key User the role will be supporting the implementation of a new SAP system. For this role you must have previous experience of WMS.


Due to the location, you must be able to drive due to restricted public transport links.


What you do on a typical day

• Implementation of new SAP system, and work on any other projects.

• Troubleshoot problems that arise in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), identify enhancements for the systems or processes and apply continuous IT improvement. The problems or issues will be reported.
• Turn requests into IT solutions and, where it is necessary, issue the request to IT department or IT vendors
• Provides direct tier 1 support to WMS challenges. You will also be the first line support for all users.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of local IT processes, application manuals and work instructions.
• Train end users.
• Interface with the Management, central IT department, IT vendors.

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Previous experience in WMS, ability to understand SAP functionalities.
• Minimum Required Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a similar IT based role.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
