Our Firm CSG is one of the leading accounting practices in Kerry. The firm provides audit, accounting, taxation, corporate finance, and advisory services to a broad spectrum of clients. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to cover 12 months Maternity Leave.
Key experience

• 3+ years’ experience, specifically in HR Function
• In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive employment matters in a professional manner.
• Educated to CIPD or degree level, specifically in HR.
• An ability to build good working relationships with colleagues.
• An ability to support other projects where required

Key responsibilities
Support the senior leadership team to implement the Firms People strategy to include:
Recruitment

• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings interviewing and hiring.
• Work with Universities and Professional Accountancy Bodies to further develop Internship and Graduate Programme

Retention

• Support managers in delivering the performance management process.
• Facilitate employee learning and development initiatives.
• Support teams in creating a positive culture

Reward

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

HR compliance

• Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance.

Salary and benefits

• Salary range €40,000 - €45,000 pro rata based on experience.
