Job Description
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Telephone answering and redirecting
• Complete Room Reservation bookings
• Complete Food & Beverage Reservation bookings
• Concierge Services - Sound Local knowledge on attractions and services
• Provide a Warm Welcome to our guests on their arrival to Park Hotel Kenmare
• Introduce our Guests to the the hotel facilities and services.
• Escort them to their room
• Accurate Cashiering and Billing duties
• Good Written communication completing with emails and letters
• Complete Voucher requests
• listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
• provide accurate information about local attractions and services
• Communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to address any guest request.
• Follow the Park Hotel Kenmare 5 Star Best Practices along with Realis & Chateaux 5 Star guidelines
