Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of property maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mould removal and remediation
• Conduct painting and touch-ups
• Handle general repairs and replacements
• Utilize water pressure cleaning techniques
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems as needed
• Travel to various company properties throughout Donegal

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction and property maintenance
• Ability to handle a range of tasks including painting, fixing, and mould removal
• Familiarity with water pressure cleaning and general repair techniques
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic level of English for communication
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
