We're currently on the look out for an ambitious, sound and hardworking Store Manager to join our Dublin team! The primary function of the Store Manager is to oversee the daily commercial and operational needs of our store, to deliver an incredible experience to customers, both in our walk in store and to customers who have pre-booked their visit with us! Our team become part of some of our customers’ most important life occasions, from debs & prom to weddings and everything in between. This role requires incredible passion and people skills, but also the ability to demonstrate finesse and expertise throughout the customer journey and sales process. You will champion exceptionally high levels of customer service and best practice standards within your store whilst nurturing and guiding your team to follow suit! Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an incredible shopping experience every-time, to both customers shopping with us during pre-booked appointments and to walk-in customers visiting our store.
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and expertise.
Lead, nurture and further develop our styling team in an empowered team-orientated environment, ensuring full engagement of all team members.
Proactively working towards achieving shared sales targets.
Maximising sales through analysing sales reports, stock availability, trading patterns and pre-empting customer needs and demands in line with seasonal fluctuations.
Liaising with other Folkster locations/departments to ensure adequate levels of replenishment stock is available to your store on a weekly basis.
Managing the stock delivery process and ensuring all collections are represented on the floor whilst keeping the team up to date and informed on new product arrivals.
Collaborating with our Visual Merchandiser and Creative Team to ensure store merchandising and visual display standards are continuously maintained to an exceptional standard and correlate to current stock availability i
Working closely with our design/purchasing teams to keep up to date on all product developments whilst providing invaluable feedback and insight from the sales floor.
Ensure a consistently high level of communication with senior management through detailed daily reporting.
Ensure daily and weekly productivity plans are executed to meet both our consumer and operational needs.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Driven, ambitious and goal orientated.
A genuine passion for fashion, styling and retail.
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience at management level in a customer focused, fashion retail, sales, environment.
A self-starter with a positive 'can do attitude' and approach to management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on leadership and people management.
Innovative with an innate capacity for organisation, time management and problem solving.
An ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast paced retail environment.
Flexibility to cover shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Open to travel to other Folkster locations as needed.
