We are currently looking to employ a dedicated full-time Receptionist to join our friendly team here at the beautiful Lakeside Manor hotel. Our Hotel prides itself on providing excellent customer service and a warm and friendly customer experience to all of our guests.
The Hotel Receptionist will act as a liaison between guests and management in order to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, and a proactive service to all customers; hence maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. As a Hotel Receptionist & Reservation Agent you will be responsible for taking calls, confirming reservations and processing bookings to the standards required, checking in and out guests. Dealing with a guest requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming and outgoing calls and communicating messages.
• Greeting Clients, Visitors and staff.
• Assist with the day-to-day facilities operations.
• Working with our reservation software.
• Assisting diary Management etc.

Requirements:

• 1+ years relevant experience.
• Superb organisational and communication skills
• Structured approach to undertaking and reporting.
• Flexible work ethic.
• Professional and courteous phone manner essential.
